FDM-NRW Jour Fixe - Connections between research data management and research software engineering

This month’s Jour Fixe of the NRW State Initiative for Research Data Management focused on an exciting topic: the connection between research data management and research software development. Adina Wagner, coordinator for research software and research data management at the Forschungszentrum Jülich Institute of Neuroscience, was one of the speakers. There was also a lively exchange with data management experts on the similarities and interfaces between the two fields with the experience of the ABCD-J project, in which the close interlinking of research data management and research software development is central.
